Our Innovation Strategists will onboard your team, taking them through the course exercises. We will also be on-hand to answer any questions as your team progress through the course.

Once your team has completed the course, our team will also be there to off-board the team so that they can proceed into prototyping the ideas they have created.

The primary goal of the Moonshot Ideas course is to upskill your teams to test and launch new ideas for products, services and marketing strategies that turn your organisation into the ‘go-to’ rather than the ‘me-too’, and keep you ahead of the competition.

By the end of this course, your team will be upskilled in how to correctly frame challenges, find the source of problems and develop ideas that positively impact your customers and your business.

Chapter 1: Pre-launch

Create ideas with impact. Get your team on the same page, state your challenge and visualise your outcome.

Chapter 2: The Launchpad

The key to really successful ideas is a brilliant question. Learn how to develop a brilliant question before using it, your assumptions about it, and your customer persona map to start generating new ideas.

Chapter 3: Orbit

Chapter 4: Landing on the Moon

Now your team has a number of quality ideas your challenge, it’s time to start filtering and refining them.

In this final chapter of the process, we look at how to map out an idea, and it’s faults so we can build a process map for prototyping the most feasible of the ideas so that organisations have the confidence to scale them up.

Who created the course?

This course has been created by the team from The Ideas Agency (www.theideasagency.com). They have worked with and taught innovation processes to the people within some of the most well-known and ambitious brands on the planet. Their process has been distilled and democratised so smaller (but just as ambitious) teams can access the same processes.

How long does it take to complete

The course has been designed so it breaks down into 4 chapters with 14 separate exercises, making it convenient for your team to pick up and schedule when is convenient for them.

Im not great at thinking of ideas, is this course for me?

Absolutely. The course is in plain English and designed for those with little or no prior knowledge of the subject matter. We aim to teach people how to create amazing ideas, and solve their challenges.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If within fourteen (14) calendar days of signing up, you no longer wish to receive our services and/or products you can get a refund by sending (by electronic mail) a cancellation notice to admin@theideas.academy. We will refund to you all monies or part thereof which you have paid to us within thirty (30) business days of receipt of such cancellation Notice.
